You'll find us set up on the grass at Elwood beach, just to the left of Bendigo Avenue. Look for the chalkboard ... you can't miss us!
Bring some water and head on down. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you like.
Following government regulations we will require all participants to be double vaccinated. Please bring proof of vaccination.
