Fitness has always been important to me. Even in my youth, I adhered to a strict exercise regimen and had the looks to show it. Then things changed. While I’d taken great care of my outside appearance, I was poisoning myself on the inside and at age 28, entered rehab for alcohol and drug addiction. Talk about a wake-up call. If I wanted to live — truly live — I needed to focus on my whole self, not just my surface level appearance. Thus, a complete overhaul was set in motion that included the undoing of a lifetime’s worth of habits and beliefs.

I came out feeling like a renewed and improved version of myself and wanted to continue my path while teaching others what I was learning. A degree in personal training helped me do just that. Advanced yoga courses further opened my mind and body to Eastern philosophies centered around living a longer, more fulfilling life. They also included an approach to wellness that balanced nutrition and mental fitness practices with exercise.

Not only I did grow stronger through it all, but today I also feel better, my mind is clear, I have enjoy more energy and can honestly say that I look forward to living a long and healthy life.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience as a personal trainer and gym manager specialising in corporate clients, I’ve witnessed the same struggles my former self faced on a daily basis. They want to look better and lose weight yet continue to battle with issues that arise from living lifestyles of excess. Drinking. Unhealthy eating habits. Untreated mental health issues. A whole host of deeper problems have held them back from success and happiness, time and time again.

That’s why I use “Longevity Training”. This comprehensive program is specifically formulated for clients working toward change on all levels—physical, emotional and mental. It’s not just a wellness plan. It’s a transformative experience.

Few things are as fulfilling as helping clients become their best selves. Let me help you become yours. Get in touch today, and let’s get busy.

March 25, 2021
I write this as we in Melbourne, Australia have entered stage 4 lockdown. One of the 4 reasons cited to leave our homes is for exercise, this is evidence enough that governments recognise the importance of physical activity around our mental well-being. Exercise can enhance well-being in a number of ways, increased vigour, decreased rate of fatigue, positive mood alteration and lowering frustration and anger levels.
