Welcome to Reset Recovery

 

Thank you for joining our community! Healing is a deeply personal journey and may not look the same on everyone. We're all here to support each other and experience the healing power of yoga.


Recovery Yoga classes run four times per week - we welcome you to come as many times as you like!


To join a class, simply click on the link below - about 5-10 minutes prior to the class start time if you can. You'll be directed to a Zoom class. Roll out your mat, take a deep breath and enjoy.
