To get the most out of this retreat, we encourage you to attend all yoga classes and workshops as they have been designed to create a pathway towards your transformation;
mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
The yoga classes are designed to accommodate all levels of ability from beginners to more advanced. We will be focussing on mindful movement which will assist in grounding you and preparing you for new experiences in your yoga and meditation practice.
If you have any pre-existing injuries, it is important to notify us prior to the retreat so that we can best serve your needs.
Our mindfulness walk is set in the serene surrounds of Continental House. There will also be massaging by appointment only and use of the Hamman Turkish Baths.
