Amongst everything that's going on, it can be hard to find the time to focus on yourself. Our day retreats are designed to give you a little extra space to reclaim your wellbeing.


Led by Dean, an experienced yoga and wellness practitioner, this retreat will remind you how to take care of your wellbeing through simple techniques you can use every day. 


Set in the beautiful surrounds of the Yarra Ranges, you'll leave feeling rested, recharged and inspired.

Next Retreat: September

  • 10am - Arrival, opening practice and meditation
  • 12pm - A delicious, nutritious lunch
  • 1pm - A peaceful walk in the beautiful surrounds 
  • 2pm - Wellness chat, including simple techniques to support your wellbeing
  • 3pm - Closing yin yoga practice
  • 4pm - return home, rested and recharged
